摘要

本文通过总结分析B2B电子商务交易模式及其生存状况

指出企业专用平台交易模式更能有效实施企业供应链战略并实现企业价值

会是未来B2B电子商务发展主流。通过对中国移动供应链发展战略和实际环境的理解

建议中国移动选择这种企业专用平台的电子交易模式发展与自身供应商和合作伙伴的深度协作。

Abstract

By summarizing and analyzing the B2B commerce trading exchange models and their situation

the article points out that the enterprise private exchange model can facilitate to implement the supply chain strategy of enterprise and realize the enterprise value; hence it will be the main trend of future B2B e-commerce development pattern. After analyzing the supply chain strategy

internal and external environment of China Mobile

the article also suggests that China Mobile should choose enterprise private exchange model to develop B2B e-commerce first

strengthen the deeply collaboration with its vendors and partners by the chance and continuously improve it to be a role model.
