摘要

本文基于已成熟的彩铃业务运行质量分层评价模型

针对业务质量概念抽象无法直接量化和预测的难题

采用"分而治之"预测思想

面向能够描述业务运行质量的关键性能指标（KPI）

设计了一种在KPI粒度实施预测的基础模型。论述内容主要为基于一次移动平均算法对业务KPI执行预测的模型建立过程以及详细的操作步骤说明

并以某省彩铃业务KPI——铃音下载次数为例

探讨了该方法的适用范围和应用价值。

Abstract

This artical is based on the mature stratifi ed model of CRBT（Color Ring Back Tone） operation quality evaluation

in view of the problems that quality operation’s abstractness and can not be directly quantified and forecasting

here using "divide and rule" thought to divide service operation quality perception into several KPI partitions

then give the KPI-oriented basic forecasting model respectively.The main content includes forecasting model established process elaborating with single moving average algorithm applied to.Moreover

giving a detailed sample illustration for a certain KPI—color ring downloads and fi nally discussing about the model application value and scope.
