发现现网普遍存在早晚忙时掉话率指标差异较大的现象。通过对现网话务统计的深入分析

查找早、晚掉话率指标存在较大差异的具体原因

最终寻求一种合理、有效的解决方案。通过现场实际应用

达到了预期效果。

Abstract

According to the daily traffic statistic analyse

the phenomenon had been found that index division of call loss on the busy hour between morning and evening occurred over the whole network system.By analyzing the traffic statistic carefully

we found the answer to the question

what’s more we found a reasonable and effective solution.After we put it into action

we achieve our goal.
