The cdma2000 EV-DO Rev.A wireless communication network has been put into commercial by China Telecom.This network’s peak download speed of the F-TCH is up to 3.1Mbit/s in theory

but in the actual wireless network

users’ download speeds are less than this rate.In this paper

we have analyzed the bottlenecks of users’a ctual download speeds

and put forward the optimization program of them by inspecting the impact on all aspects of the network.
