摘要

在LiNbO3晶体中掺入Er2O3

利用提拉法生长了Er:LiNbO3

晶体类型分别为Er(1 mol):LiNbO3

Er(2 mol):LiNbO3

Er(3 mol):LiNbO3

晶体Li/Nb=0.94.通过测试晶体的吸收光谱

确定晶体的吸收边发生红移.测试了Er:LiNbO3晶体的荧光光谱

用Er3+团位束缺陷中心解释了Er3+的荧光发射性能随Er3+掺杂浓度的增加而提高的机理.测试了Er:LiNbO3晶体的光损伤阈值

Er(3 mol):LiNbO3晶体的光损伤阈值相对于其它两种晶体有显著的提高.

Doping Er2O3 in LiNbO3

Er:LiNbO3crystals were grown by Czochralski method.The tape of the crystals were Er(1mol): LiNbO3

Er(2mol):LiNbO3

Er(3mol):LiNbO3

Li/Nb=0.94.Through the measurements of the absorption spectra

we confirm that the absorption edge continuous moves to long wavelength.We measure the emission spectra of the Er:LiNbO3crystals

explain that the emission ability of the Er3+ increases with the increase in Er3+ codoped concentration by Er3+ ions cluster defect centra.The result of the photodamage...
