介绍了一种使用FreeType矢量字库引擎来渲染TrueType矢量字体的方法.首先分析了TrueType矢量字体的构成、输出方法以及FreeType的移植方法.重点研究了如何使用FreeType得到矢量字符的轮廓信息

以及将轮廓信息转化为灰度图的方法

并且给出了主要的流程图和示例代码.最后将该方法应用到实际媒体广告终端中

结果表明:滚动字幕的字体更加平滑

放大和缩小时无失真现象.

This paper introduces an implement method of TrueType vector font by using FreeType. Firstly

it analyzed the structure of TrueType

the methods of output and the method of FreeType’s transplant. Secondly

it studied how to get the outline information of vector fonts by using FreeType

and convert the outline information to gray image. Furthermore it provided the main flow chart and example code. Finally

this paper gived an example of vector fonts in Media Ads terminal
