摘要

摘　　要：针对传统呼叫中心只能接受来自PSTN的语音信号，不能完成视频和文本信号的传输问题，提出一种新的呼叫中心设计方案．应用TAPI3．0（电话应用程序接口协议）完成控制传统电话媒体流和支持IP电话呼叫的功能，在传统PSTN的呼叫中心中扩展了与Internet连接的功能，实现了语音、视频和文本等多信号的接受与发送．这种以Internet为主的呼叫中心功能强大，效率高．

Abstract

To deal with the fault that the traditional Call Center can only accept the signal of voice from the PSTN and can＇ t transmit video and words

a new solution of call center has been raised. By using the media stream controller of traditional telephone and IP call functions integrated in the interface protocol of telephony application programming TAPI3.0

we extend Internet connection into the traditional call center to realize the transmitting and receiving of voice

words and other signal. This type of Internet call center has powerful function and high efficiency.
