机头作为飞机结构的核心功能部件,其装配质量直接影响飞机的气动性能、飞行安全性及舒适性。国产民用飞机研发在主制造商—供应商协同模式下,成本控制与精度控制是贯穿制造全过程的核心前提,基于飞机数字化装配、测量等关键技术,对新型涡桨支线飞机机头研发在成本控制下的关键技术难题进行分析,指出机头结构装配的关键技术难题,研究模块划分、定位方案、部件测量及产品保型4大关键技术,开展装配关键技术的实践应用。结果表明:模块精细划分后显著降低了工艺文件编制难度,定位方案设计、部件调姿系统优化后可节约总体研发成本,产品保型技术避免大开口区域变形,为提升民用飞机机头装配精度、质量控制及经济性提供技术参考。
As a core functional component of the aircraft structure, the nose directly affects the aerodynamic performance, flight safety and ride comfort of an aircraft through its assembly quality. For the research and development of domestic civil aircraft under the main manufacturer-supplier collaboration mode, cost control and precision control are the core prerequisites throughout the entire manufacturing process. Based on key aircraft technologies such as digital assembly and measurement, this paper analyzes the key technical challenges in the research and development of the nose for a new type of turboprop regional aircraft under cost constraints, especially the critical technical problems in the structural assembly of the aircraft nose, and investigates elaborating the core contents of four key technologies: module division, positioning solution, component measurement and product shape retention. Practical applications of the key assembly technologies are carried out. Results show that refined module division significantly reduces the difficulty of process document preparation; optimized positioning solution design and component posture adjustment system optimization save overall research and development costs; and product shape retention technology prevents deformation in large opening areas. The study provides technical references for improving the assembly precision, quality control and economic efficiency of civil aircraft noses.
