现有飞行员进近着陆操纵能力评价多依赖单一人工特征,缺乏兼顾物理可解释性与复杂时序模式捕捉的特征体系,且操纵行为与飞行品质的关联机制尚未明确。基于105例波音737-800机型快速存取记录器(QAR)数据,构建“最后进近+着陆拉平”两阶段结果导向型评价体系并引入能量管理的评价,融合人工特征与长短期记忆(LSTM)隐含特征表征操纵行为,结合SHAP分析、K-means聚类与统计检验,揭示操纵特征对着陆品质的影响规律。结果表明:评价结果与航司人工评估一致性达90%,核心特征与着陆品质呈显著相关,并识别出两类典型操纵模式。
Current evaluations of pilots' approach and landing maneuvering capabilities mostly rely on single manual features, lacks a feature system that balances physical interpretability and complex temporal pattern capture. Moreover, the correlation mechanism between maneuvering behavior and flight quality remains unclear. Based on 105 sets of quick access recorder (QAR) data from Boeing 737-800 aircraft, this study constructs a two‑stage, result‑oriented evaluation system covering “final approach + landing flare” and introduces an energy management evaluation module. It integrates manual features and long short-term memory (LSTM) latent features to represent maneuvering behavior, and combines SHAP analysis, K‑means clustering, and statistical tests to reveal how maneuvering features influence landing quality. Experiments show that the evaluation results achieve 90% consistency with manual assessments by airline experts, core features are significantly correlated with landing quality, and two typical maneuvering patterns are identified. The findings provide reliable data support for personalized pilot training and airline safety management.
