本文从标准循环载荷的确定、试验件及其安装设计、全尺寸机匣多点协调加载应力试验和循环试验、批准循环寿命和使用寿命的确定等几方面具体介绍某发动机后机匣低循环疲劳寿命试验研究的方法和概况。

This paper presents in detail the method of low cycle fatigue life testing research on engine cases in connection with the following aspects

the determination of standard cycle load

testing samples and the design of its connection

stress testing and cycle testing under the synchronously loaded conditions at several points of a fully-sized case

the determination of approved cycle life and usage life.
