this paper derived an aeroengine’s composite maneuver flight loading spectrum

which provides the basis of formulating accelerated mission test spectrum.Firstly

according to the measured data

the mission profiles are categorized and the flight mission segments are identified.Secondly

the rain flow count loading cycles and the loading duration are obtained by statistical calculation and the damage of the partial loading cycles is analyzed.After averaging the same flight segments by multiplying mission mix rates

then the weighted mean profiles can be obtained

which represent the composite maneuver flight loading spectrum.Finally

the working loading spectra are calculated from altitude velocity characteristic

flight altitude and flight velocity.
