摘要

对高压立式氯气储罐进行了深入研究.该储罐材料采用不锈钢/碳钢双金属复合板

减少了不锈钢的使用量

降低了产品生产成本

并通过计算给出高压立式氯气储罐的主体尺寸.本设计还采用了新型式的焊接坡口

防止再热裂纹

减小应力集中.

Abstract

This article has conducted the thoroughresearchtothehigh-pressured verticalchlorine storage tank.First this storage tank material has used thes tainless steel/carbonsteel bimetal duplicateplywood

reduced the stainless steel amount of use

reduced the product manufacturing cost

and has given the high-pressured vertical chlorine storage tank’s main body size through the strict computation.This design has also used the new pattern welding scarf

prevent sagain the heatcrack
