在对高新技术企业资本结构影响因素进行分析的基础上

构建了资本结构的动态调整模型

结合实际案例

应用F检验

确定本文选用模型类型并进一步对模型参数进行评估

通过调整成本控制而优化资本结构

为高新技术企业资本结构优化提供了参考和借鉴.

Abstract

On the basis of influencing factors analysis of high new technology enterprises’ capital structure

this paper constructs the dynamic adjusting model about capital structure.Further the model type is determined and the model prameters are assessed according to practical cases by use of F-test.Then it optimizes the capital structure through adjusting cost control.This research can provide reference for capital structure optimization of high new technology enterprises.
