摘要

以一台YKK400-6型710kW的感应电动机为例

构建其三维端部物理模型

根据电磁理论

给出相应的求解域、边界条件和数学模型.利用数值方法

计算出了电机负载时端部金属构件中的涡流损耗

并通过改变端部尺寸和各部件的材料

找到降低该电机端部附加损耗的方法.

Abstract

In this paper a YKK400-6

710KW induction motor is taken as an example.We create its 3D physical model and solve region

we boundary conditions and mathematical model are determined according to electromagnetic theories.The eddy loss in motor frame near end windings is calculated by using the numerical methods and find the method to reduce the additional loss of motor by changing the size and the components of the materials.
