摘要

针对低照度下采集的图像中经常含有大量噪声的情况

设计了一种具有去噪功能的图像采集和预处理装置.基于嵌入式CPU和嵌入式操作系统

采用摄像头对视频图像进行采集

用改进中值滤波算法和小波图像去噪对视频图像的噪声进行滤波

然后通过USB和网络接口进行图像传输

并实现图像文件的存储功能.该装置可以有效去除视频噪声

有利于对图像进行更高级的处理.

Abstract

In this paper

we present image capture and pretreatment interfaces circuit for removing additive noise under low illumination.Based on embedded CPU and embedded process system

the video image capture is completed by camera probe

and then the network transmission and storage of data are done by USB and net interface circuit.Removing noise while retaining image signals
