This paper studies the surface quality of tool

in last precise cutting in LS - WEDM multi cutting processing

the author attempts to cut in gas and has carried on the contrast experiment to conventional WEDM multi cutting processing. We confirmed reasonable parameters of servo voltage and feed speed of worktable in gas through experiments. Contrast experiment shows the results that new processing craft has superiority of roughness and straightness to conventional processing craft.
