摘要

通过对磁头悬架窝点与挠臂舌尖的弹塑性接触条件和状态进行理论分析

采用有限元仿真方法

建立了在完全粘着条件下悬架窝点与挠臂舌尖的接触有限元模型.得到了弹塑性接触范围内载荷、平均接触压强、接触面积与法向位移的关系.并研究了不同舌尖模型对载荷、平均接触压强和接触面积的影响.通过对比发现

在相同无量纲化法向位移下

弹性舌尖模型的载荷、平均压强、接触面积比刚性舌尖模型的大.可为研究窝点与舌尖的微动磨损磨屑的产生机理及控制方法奠定基础

同时该有限元模型可应用于其他类似的弹性平面与弹性球的接触分析.

Based on the theoretical analysis of the elastic-plastic contact condition and contact state between the dimple and tongue of the magnetic head suspension
