摘要

利用13C-NMR证实了在氧化过程中淀粉结构的变化.用离子选择电极测定了其络合钙离子的脱除速率:在2min内可达到络合物总量的95%;多羧基氧化淀粉分散能力与氧化时间有关

分子量适中的多羧基氧化淀粉具有较强的分散能力

可达772mgMnO2/L;多羧基氧化淀粉的洗涤白度保持及抗灰分沉积值与三聚磷酸钠(STPP)相当

可达到洗涤助剂的使用要求.复配性能试验研究表明:多羧基氧化淀粉与AES和AEO9的复配性能优于LAS

为洗衣粉的配制提供了理论依据.

Abstract

Changes in the structure of starch are confirmed by 13C-NMR in the oxidation process.The removal rate of the complex calcium ions can be determined by using ion-selective electrode and the 95% of the total complexation compounds can be achieved within 2min.The dispersing ability of polycarboxylic oxidized starch is associated with its oxidation time and with the moderate molecular weight.Polycarboxylic oxidized starch has a strong dispersing ability up to 772mgMnO2/L.Polycarboxylic oxidized starch is equiva...
