摘要

冲击破损和粘结破损是刀具在极端重载切削条件下的两种主要失效形式

冲击破损是由于刀具承受极端机械冲击产生的断裂破损现象;而粘结破损是在超高温和超高压作用下切屑新鲜表面与刀具表面发生冷焊而使刀具表面发生损坏的现象.通过分析研究极端重载切削过程

获知变频率热冲击和机械冲击是引起刀具失效的主要因素

因此

本文就如何在极端重载切削条件下提高刀具性能

保持能力及提高其使用寿命

从刀具材料、刀具结构以及刀具优质表面改性技术等方面进行分析论述.

Abstract

The impact disrepair and the sticking failure are the two main failure forms of tools under the terms of ultimate heavy load.The impact disrepair is one rupture phenomenon which is brought about by the ultimately mechanical impact
