摘要

为了对大型舰艇编队通信指挥的效能进行评估

根据层次分析法原理建立了一套大型舰艇编队通信指挥效能的评估指标体系

采用基于层次分析和模糊综合评判的方法对大型舰艇编队通信指挥的效能进行了评估

评估过程中对定量指标采用期望值法

对定性指标采用基于模糊综合评判的置信法计算隶属度.分析结果表明

该指标体系和评估方法能够快速直观地反映通信指挥系统在某一任务环境下的综合效能

为科学评估大型舰艇编队通信指挥效能提供了一种快速而有效的方法.
