摘要

针对湿型砂质量检测与控制问题

全面、系统总结了湿型砂组分参数和性能参数检测技术的现状.对含水量检测

分别从电阻法、电容法、微波法、红外光谱法、成型性法和核磁共振法方面进行了评述;对有效粘土含量的检测

详细阐述了在线快速检测方法.湿型砂的性能检测参数主要包括紧实率、透气性、湿强度和温度

并对综合性能参数的检测进行简要叙述.最后

给出了湿型砂组分和性能参数检测技术的发展趋势.

Abstract

Aiming at the quality measurement and control of green sand

the research situation of measurement techniques for composition and performance parameters of green sand was comprehensively and systematically reviewed.As for the measurement of water content

the resistance method

capacitance method

microwave method

infrared spectroscopy method

forming method and nuclear magnetic resonance method have been summed in detail

respectively.The online method for quickly measuring the available bond content...
