and wavelength division multiplexing （WDM） technique is considered as a promising approach to more efficiently utilizing the vast fiber bandwidth. Technology of IP over WDM is an important direction for network development.. In this paper

a new hybrid model architecture for network is presented

and simulation is also studied

the results indicate the technology is feasible.
