摘要

本文提出了一种新的动态带宽分配算法

该算法的实现将极大地提高系统的带宽利用。最后

给出了该算法的包延时和带宽利用的理论分析。

Abstract

This paper presents a new algorithm of bandwidth dynamic allocation

the implement of this algorithm will improve the bandwidth utilization vastly. Finally

this algorithms theoretic analysis of packet delay and bandwidth utilization are given.
