F-doped optical fiber performs provide a f-easible solution for ultra-low loss fiber. The VAD method is applied for a series study for optical fiber performs in this paper to find out the relationship between the amounts of F-doped with the deposition rate and refractive index of optical fiber performs

and find out the influence of performing sintering process on F-doping.
