胶接结构在飞机复合材料承力部件、传力接头和修补中被广泛使用。在飞机服役过程中,像胶接接头这样的薄弱连接部位极有可能遭受外物冲击的威胁,然而这类结构的低速冲击损伤性能和损伤容限很少在飞机结构设计中被考虑到。为了充分认识和了解目前关于复合材料胶接结构的低速冲击损伤特性,本文概述了相关试验方法和有限元仿真技术,从力学响应、损伤失效模式、影响因素等方面系统介绍了复合材料胶接结构低速冲击领域的研究进展,并结合航空工程中胶接结构的应用情况与服役环境,展望了航空领域复合材料胶接结构冲击研究的未来发展方向。研究成果可为胶接结构在航空领域后续开展更深入地研究和工程应用提供有益参考。
Adhesively bonded composite structures are widely adopted in aircraft load-bearing components, load-transfer joints, and structural repair schemes. During service, these vulnerable joint areas are highly susceptible to foreign object impacts. Nevertheless, the low-velocity impact damage characteristics and damage tolerance of such structures are rarely taken into account in aircraft structural design. To gain a thorough understanding of state-of-the-art research concerning low-velocity impact damage behaviors of adhesively bonded composite structures, this paper summarizes relevant experimental approaches and finite element simulation techniques, and systematically reviews research progress in this field from the perspectives of mechanical response, damage and failure modes, and influencing factors. Finally, in view of the engineering applications and service environments of bonded structures, this paper outlines future research directions for low-velocity impact performance of aeronautical adhesively bonded composites. The research findings can provide valuable references for further in-depth studies and engineering applications of adhesive structures in the aerospace field.
