Abstract

In the era characterized by the deep integration of digital transformation

traditional communication networks—constrained by the fragmentation of geographical environments and service architectures—exhibit significant limitations in ubiquitous coverage

service adaptation

and global resource optimization. To overcome these bottlenecks

this paper systematically proposes a novel communication paradigm: the theory and technology of the All-Time All-Zone Communication Network(ATAZ). First

the paper systematically elaborates on the fundamental concepts of ATAZ and proposes its multi-layered architecture. Second

it conducts an in-depth analysis of the core bottlenecks confronting ATAZ

based upon which the key technological systems and their defining characteristics at each layer are constructed. Furthermore

the applicability of ATAZ across eight major categories of typical scenarios is outlined. By adopting the energy and power system as a representative domain

the paper presents innovative empirical cases encompassing the entire "generation-grid-load-storage" chain. Finally

the critical position and development potential of ATAZ within future communication systems are analyzed in detail

thereby providing a theoretical foundation and technological trajectory for the evolution of next-generation communication networks.
