针对大变形量汽车驱动桥壳的变形矫正问题。以某型汽车驱动桥壳为研究对象
设计正交试验优选了加热温度、加热线宽度、加热线长度、加热速度等桥壳变形矫正过程中的工艺参数取值范围
得到了各影响因素对汽车驱动桥壳变形矫正效果的影响主次顺序。在正交实验的基础上
采用定点施力配合火焰加热的工艺方法进行汽车驱动桥壳的综合矫正。结果表明: 采用定点施力配合火焰加热的综合矫正方法能够有效的减少汽车驱动桥壳变形矫正过程中的矫形缺陷
避免变形矫正后的壳体回弹
能够满足汽车驱动桥壳的使用要求。
Taking a certain type of automobile drive axle housing as the research object
the orthogonal test was designed to optimize the value range of technological parameters in the correction of axle housing with large deformation
such as heating temperature
heating wire width
heating wire length
heating speed and so on. The primary and secondary order of the influence factors on the correction effect of automobile drive axle housing with large deformation was obtained. On the basis of orthogonal experiment
the technology of fixed-point force combined with flame heating is adopted to carry out comprehensive correction of automobile drive axle housing. The results show that the comprehensive correction method of fixed point force combined with flame heating can effectively reduce the orthopedic defects in the correction of the automobile drive axle housing
avoid the rebound of the housing after deformation correction
and meet the requirements of the automobile drive axle housing.
