对于索类结构的断股无损检测
现有研究多集中在钢丝绳Steel wire rope (SWR)漏磁检测方面
较少涉及钢芯铝绞线Conductor steel reinforced (ACSR)这一特殊结构的内层钢芯断股检测。为优化设计钢芯铝绞线漏磁检测设备结构
在借鉴钢丝绳漏磁检测相关理论基础上
建立了钢芯铝绞线漏磁检测设备结构有限元模型
分别分析了励磁回路形式和传感器提离值、磁极间距、径向气隙等励磁装置结构参数对钢绞线局部磁化效果及缺陷漏磁信号的影响规律。基于此确定了励磁结构的尺寸参数
设计了ACSR钢芯断股检测的漏磁装置有限元模型。采用设计的模型对型号为LGJ-210/50的简化ACSR钢芯断股进行实验检测。研究发现
ACSR及SWR设置的5个缺陷均可以得到有效检测
且不同于SWR
ACSR的缺陷漏磁图像呈细长的条纹状。因此
设计的励磁装置模型在ACSR的钢芯断股检测方面有较高的实用性。
As for the nondestructive testing of broken strand of cable structure
many researches are focused on the magnetic flux leakage detection of wire rope
and few of the researches are related to the broken strand detection of inner layer of aluminum conductor steel reinforced. In order to optimize the structure of aluminum conductor steel reinforced magnetic flux leakage detection equipment
a finite element model for magnetic flux leakage detection equipment was established based on the related theories of steel wire rope magnetic flux leakage detection. The influence of the excitation loop form
sensor lift value
magnetic pole spacing
radial air gap and other excitation device structural parameters on the local magnetization effect of steel strand were analyzed respectively. Based on these
the dimensional parameters of the excitation structure are determined and a finite element model for leakage device for ACSR conductor broken steel strand detection is designed. The designed model was used to experimentally detect the simplified ACSR conductor broken steel strands of model LGJ-210/50. It is found that all five defects of ACSR and SWR can be effectively detected. Moreover
unlike SWR
the defect leakage images of ACSR show a thin striped shape. Therefore
the designed excitation device model has high practicality in the detection of steel core broken strands in ACSR.
