大孔径阶梯孔在钛合金结构件中较为常见,钛合金的难加工性能导致其加工质量差、效率低,螺旋铣孔不仅具有具有切削力小、切削温度低、表面质量好的优点,而且能够一次性制孔。本文针对钛合金大孔径阶梯孔不同的质量和尺寸精度要求的特点,对阶梯孔的Ø13.5 mm孔和Ø18 mm孔分别进行单因素实验,研究主轴转速、切向每齿进给量和螺距这3个因素对螺旋铣孔轴向力、表面粗糙度和孔径的影响,优化两孔的螺旋制孔工艺参数,并利用优化参数进行钛合金大孔径阶梯孔的加工。试验结果表明:螺距对轴向力和表面粗糙度的影响最大,孔径的主要影响因素是切向每齿进给量和螺距,一次螺旋铣孔能够加工出高质量和高尺寸精度的钛合金大孔径阶梯孔。
Large aperture step hole is more common in titanium alloy structural parts

aiming at the characteristics of different quality and dimensional accuracy requirements of large aperture step holes of titanium alloy
single-factor experiments were carried out on the Φ13.5 mm holes and Φ18 mm holes of the step holes
and the influence of the three factors on the axial force
surface roughness and aperture of the helical milling hole was studied
the helical hole making processing parameters of the two holes were optimized
and the optimization parameters were used to machine the large aperture step holes of titanium alloy. The results show that the pitch has the greatest influence on the axial force and surface roughness
the main influencing factor of the aperture is the tangential feed per tooth and pitch
and a helical milling hole can machine a high-quality and high-dimensional accuracy of large aperture step hole of titanium alloy.
