铆接顶模随着服役时间的增加,顶模凹弧面由于多次冲击磨损而变大。为了研究铆接顶模凹弧面高度因损伤增大对铆接质量的影响,通过改变凹弧面高度不改变凹弧面半径近似模拟因损伤造成缺陷的凹弧面,采用数值模拟和试验验证的方式,揭示了顶模凹弧面高度对干涉配合铆接质量的影响规律。运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对铆接和剪切过程进行了模拟,并且通过试验验证了有限元模型的准确性和有效性。研究结果表明:随着顶模凹弧面高度的增加,镦头直径呈现增大的趋势,镦头高度呈现减小的趋势,接头的剪切强度逐渐增大;当顶模凹弧面高度不大于铆钉半圆头半径时
平均干涉量比顶模凹弧面高度大于铆钉半圆头半径时高38.1%。
In order to study the influence of the height of the concave surface of the riveted top die on the quality of the riveted joint due to increased damage

the header diameter tends to increase and the header height tends to decrease
and the shear strength of the joint gradually increases. The average amount of interference was 38.1% greater when the height of the concave die was less than or equal to the radius of the rivet half-round head than when the height of the concave die was greater than the radius of the rivet half-round head.
