为探究等效结构应力法与名义应力法分析驾驶室焊接疲劳特性的精度差异,以某重型卡车全浮式空气弹簧驾驶室为研究对象,采集试验场道路载荷谱数据,搭建并验证驾驶室刚柔耦合虚拟台架模型。通过虚拟迭代法解算驾驶室接口点动态疲劳仿真载荷谱数据,分别基于等效结构应力法与名义应力法对驾驶室焊缝与焊点进行分析。结果表明等效结构应力法预测结果较名义应力法保守,且精度较高,与台架试验结果更为接近,最大相对误差值为33.5%;等效结构应力法对网格具有不敏感性,具有识别焊接部位应力集中效应的特征。最后,对驾驶室焊缝与焊点危险部位进行结构与工艺改进,改进后驾驶室整体焊缝疲劳寿命、焊点疲劳寿命分别提升了6倍、3.2倍,并通过台架试验验证了改进方案的有效性。
In order to explore the accuracy difference between the equivalent structural stress method and the nominal stress method on the welding fatigue characteristics of the cab
a heavy-duty truck's fully floating air spring cab was taken as the research object
and road load spectrum data of the test site was collected
a rigid-flexible coupling virtual platform model was built and verified. The dynamic fatigue simulation load spectrum data of the cab interface point is solved with the virtual iteration method. The equivalent structural stress method and nominal stress method are used to simulate and analyze the fatigue of seam weld and spot weld of the cab. The results show that the equivalent structural stress method is more conservative than the nominal stress method
and the accuracy of the equivalent structural stress method is higher. The maximum relative error with the bench test result is 33.5%. The equivalent structural stress method is insensitive to the grid. The equivalent structural stress method has the characteristics of identifying the stress concentration effect at the welding position. Finally
the structure and welding process of the dangerous parts of the cab are improved. The fatigue life of cab seam weld and spot weld are increased by 6 times and 3.2 times The effectiveness of the improved scheme was verified by bench test.
