振动式能量收集器属于绿色能源创造技术,通过收集工程系统振动能量转换为电能,不断地为系统微电子“供电”。基于电磁感应原理设计了单摆-电磁式振动能量收集器,在COMSOL平台进行感应特性分析及感应特性影响因素的有限元仿真分析,并进行了输出性能实验。结果表明:由套筒、转子、挂件、磁铁、线圈和绳索组成的单摆-电磁式振动能量收集器结构简单,质量轻,约200 g,体积小,约30 cm3,固有频率在70 ~ 80 Hz之间。在20 Hz的振动频率和8 mm的小振幅下,收集器的输出电压为240 mV。
Vibration energy collector is a green energy creation technology
which continuously "power" the system microelectronics by collecting the vibration energy of the engineering system and converting it into electrical energy. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction
a combined single pendulum-electromagnetic vibration energy harvester is designed
and finite element simulation analysis of the induction characteristics and the influencing factors of the induction characteristics are carried out with COMSOL platform
and output performance experiments are conducted. The results show that the combined single pendulum-electromagnetic vibration energy harvester consisting of sleeve
rotor
pendant
magnet
coil and rope has a simple structure
light mass of about 200 g
small size about 30 cm3
with a natural frequency between 70 and 80 Hz. At a vibration frequency of 20 Hz and a small amplitude of 8 mm
the output voltage of the collector is 240 mV.
