针对串行多车间调度中随机离散事件建模困难、评价体系适用性差等问题,提出一种仿真模型与算法协同优化方法。以串行异构多车间为研究对象,对禁忌搜索算法从初始解、邻域结构等方面进行改进,同时设定扰动规则避免算法陷入局部最优,建立了仿真模型与改进禁忌搜索算法协同优化机制。仿真实验表明,仿真模型与算法协同优化方法在多车间调度优化方面具有可行性,改进算法与传统禁忌搜索算法和遗传算法相比具有优越性,且仿真模型与算法协同具备优化目标多样化的能力。
A co-optimization approach of simulation model and algorithm is proposed to overcome the problems on serial multi-shop scheduling
such as difficulty in modelling stochastic discrete events and poor applicability of evaluation system.Taking serial heterogeneous multi-shop as the research object
the tabu search algorithm is improved in terms of initial solution and neighbourhood structure
and a disturbance rule is designed to prevent the algorithm from falling into local optimum. A co-optimization mechanism is then established between the simulation model and improved tabu search algorithm. A case study is carriedout on an auto part manufacturing factory.The simulationexperiment results show thatco-optimization approach between simulation model and algorithm is feasible in multi-shop scheduling optimization
and the improved algorithm is superior to the traditional tabu search algorithm and genetic algorithm. The collaboration between simulation model and algorithm has the capability of optimizingmultipole objectives
possessing a broad prospect in the practical application of serial multi-shop scheduling.
