为了拓展在机测量技术对大齿轮精度的表征能力,提出了一种利用齿距测量数据评定大齿轮径跳的方法。该方法依据径跳的国标定义构建假想球模型,在完成齿距测量后通过半径补偿得到实测齿距误差,将渐开线函数经坐标变换后建立径跳评定模型,通过牛顿迭代方法解算由评定模型推导的超越方程从而获得径跳值。在大型磨齿机上进行了标准齿轮在机测量实验,在测量精度方面与精密量仪进行了比较,两者径跳平均测量结果相差仅为1.08 μm;在效率方面,只需进行齿距测量过程,提出的方法不增加额外测量装置与测量步骤。得到的径跳值还可计算跨球距等重要参数,对实现大齿轮在机测量设备的集成化具有实际工程应用价值。
To expand the characterization capability of big gear accuracy using on-machine measurement technology
an evaluation method of the big gear radial runout is proposed by taking advantage of tooth pitch measurement data
in which a hypothetical ball model is constructed based on the definition of radial runout specified by the National StandardinChinese
and the tooth pitch error is obtained through radius compensation after the tooth pitch measurement
and then a radial runout evaluation model is established by applying the coordinate transformation to the involute function
thus the radial runout value is calculated by solving the transcendental equation derived from the evaluation model with Newton's iterative method.According tothe measurement accuracy
comparing with the gear measurement center
the average measurement result of the present method is only a difference of 1.08 μm. According to the efficiency
only the pitch measurement process is required. The present method does not add extra metrological devices and measurement procedures
and the radial runout value can also be used to calculate the other important parameters such as cross-ball distance
which has practical engineering application value for integrating the big gear on-machine measurement equipment.
