由于硬质合金内部WC颗粒的高耐磨性和高硬度属性,使用常规加工技术进行加工时会造成刀具的快速磨损以及裂纹产生,制备而成的螺纹也存在着精度低、表面破损、微小形状处难以控制、制造柔性弱等问题,而激光加工技术的使用也仅限于二维平面的纹理结构。因此,对复杂三维螺纹形状的激光控制成型研究意义重大。提出激光车削的方式,以硬质合金复杂螺纹牙型为研究对象,利用皮秒激光对硬质合金棒材表面进行车削加工。结果表明,螺纹牙型与激光扫描速度和进给量的组合匹配密切相关。在固定激光功率和主轴进给量下,随着激光扫描速度的降低,获得的牙型深度逐渐增加,而材料去除率与激光扫描速度则呈现非线性关系。在35 mm/s的激光扫描速度下最佳材料去除率为5.95×10-3 mm3/s,获得牙型凹槽表面质量较好。
Due to the high wear resistance and high hardness of WC particles in cemented carbide
the rapid wear and the production of cracks of tools would be caused while employing the conventional techniques. The manufactured thread also has problems such as low accuracy
surface damage
difficulty to control the tiny shape
and weak manufacturing flexibility. At the same time
the laser processing is also limited to the texture structure of the two-dimensional plane. Therefore
it is of great significance to study the laser-controlled forming of complex three-dimensional thread shape. The surface of cemented carbide bars is turned by using a picosecond laser. The laser turning method is utilized to study the complex thread profile of cemented carbide. The findings demonstrate that the combination of laser scanning speed and feed rate has a close relationship with the thread profile. While the material removal rate and laser scanning speed displayed a nonlinear relationship
the depth of the thread profile obtained steadily increased with the decreasing of laser scanning speed under the fixed laser power and spindle feed rate. At the laser scanning speed of 35 mm/s
the best material removal rate is 5.95×10-3 mm3/s
and the surface quality of the thread groove is good.
