为了满足倾转涵道螺旋桨无人机的直升机模式和固定翼飞机模式飞行,倾转涵道螺旋桨的桨距需要在一定范围内改变。桨毂机构与变距机构是变距涵道螺旋桨能够完成变距操纵的主要部件。以倾转涵道螺旋桨无人机为研究对象,分析变距机构原理,研究变距机构的操纵形式。根据无人机螺旋桨参数,计算分析桨毂机构中关键零件的受力情况,进行桨毂系统关键零件的强度分析
设计该无人机的倾转涵道螺旋桨桨毂机构及变距机构,分析桨毂及变距机构的控制方式,研究该机构的传动比。
In order to meet the helicopter mode and fixed-wing aircraft mode flight of the tilt culvert propeller UAV

and the strength analysis of the key parts of the propeller hub system was carried out. The tilting culvert propeller hub structure and pitch mechanism of the UAV were designed
the control mode of the propeller hub and pitch mechanism were analyzed
and the transmission ratio of the mechanism was studied.
