随着制造业各领域对复杂零部件的制造提出更高的要求,作为智能制造主要方向的智能刀具越来越受到国内外各研究机构的重视。车刀是切削加工中使用最广的一种刀具,其智能化是智能刀具研究的重点内容。为了更全面地了解智能车刀的相关研究进展,从切削状态监测和切削过程控制两方面对智能车刀的相关研究进行了综述,阐述了不同智能车刀监测或控制切削过程中的力、振动或温度的结构、基本原理和设计重点,并介绍了智能车刀控制微位移的相关研究。梳理了智能车刀涉及的关键技术,并对各类技术所实现的功能进行了探讨。最后,分析了智能车刀目前存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。
With the increasing demand for the manufacturing of complex components in various industry fields
the intelligent cutting tools
being the main direction of intelligent manufacturing
have gained significant attention from research institutions at home and abroad. Turning tools
which are the most commonly used tools in the cutting process
have emerged as a critical area of research in the field of intelligent tools. To get a comprehensive understanding of the research progress in intelligent turning tools
the related research of intelligent turning tools in cutting condition monitoring and cutting process control is overviewed. The paper delves into the structure
fundamental principles
and design considerations of various intelligent turning tools used for monitoring or controlling forces
vibrations
and temperatures during the cutting process. In addition
the paper introduces research related to the control of micro-displacements using intelligent turning tools. The key technologies and the functions they enable involved in intelligent turning tools are sorted and discussed. Finally
the existing problem and the future development directions of intelligent turning tools are analyzed.
