主轴承作为TBM的关键核心部件,起着承载和传递载荷的作用。主轴承发生损伤会引起游隙增大,游隙的异常将影响主轴承的载荷分布,引起应力集中,进一步加速主轴承性能衰退。基于Abaqus软件,对低速重载条件下TBM主轴承的疲劳损伤行为进行有限元模拟,研究主轴承在时间域和空间域的损伤演化规律,然后基于疲劳损伤模型对主轴承的游隙演化进行预测。研究表明:滚道的损伤风险要大于滚子,主推滚道的损伤风险大于另外两个滚道;当损伤小于0.3时,主轴承的游隙增长缓慢;当损伤大于0.3时,主轴承的游隙增长迅速。
As a key core component of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM)
the main bearing plays the role of carrying and transferring loads. The damage of the main bearing will cause abnormal load distribution and reduce the service life of the main bearing. Based on Abaqus
the fatigue damage behavior of TBM main bearings under the condition of low speed and heavy load was simulated. In addition
the damage evolution law of the main bearing in the time domain and the space domain was studied. Then
the clearance evolution of the main bearing was predicted based on the fatigue damage model. The research results show that the damage risk of the raceway is greater than that of the roller
and the damage risk of the main pushing raceway is greater than that of the other two raceways. When the damage is below 0.3
the clearance of the main bearing increases slowly. And when the damage is above 0.3
the clearance of the main bearing increases rapidly.
