射流扰动技术制备的均一颗粒可应用在电子封装、生物制药和3D打印等领域。然而,利用射流扰动技术制备1.0 mm以上均一微滴时,腔体内的流体会自动从喷嘴出口处流出形成射流液柱,难以保证射流速度与扰动频率相互匹配。基于此,该研究以水为实验材料,通过微注射泵精确控制射流液柱的流速,利用电磁膜片射流扰动技术产生的扰动控制射流液柱端头断裂形成均一微滴,在流量为20 ~ 30 mL/min、电流为15 ~ 30 A、频率为150 ~ 350 Hz的范围内,可以实现电磁膜片射流扰动技术制备1.0 mm以上均一微滴。
The uniform droplets
which were fabricated by using the continuous ink jet(CIJ) technology
could be used in the electronic packaging
biopharmaceutical and 3D printing. However
when uniform droplets with a diameter above 1 mm were fabricated by using the CIJ technology
the fluid in the cavity would automatically flow out from the nozzle to form a jet-column
so it was difficult to match the jet velocity and the disturbance frequency. In this paper
water as the experimental material
precisely was controlled the flow rate of the jet-column by a micro-injection pump
and used the disturbance which was generated by using the CIJ technology with electromagnetic diaphragm to control the break-up of the tip of the jet-column to form uniform droplets. The uniform droplets with a diameter above 1 mm could be fabricated by using the CIJ technology with electromagnetic diaphragm within the range of flow rate of 20 - 30 mL/min
current of 15 - 30 A
and frequency of 150 - 350 Hz.
