针对飞翼飞机非线性舵回路出现未知执行器故障类型,设计了一种鲁棒滑模观测器故障估计方法。首先通过分析舵回路非线性工作特性,综合考虑舵回路故障类型及原因,构建了非线性舵回路故障特性模型。其次,针对非线性舵回路给出设计滑模观测器总体程式,考虑舵回路非线性特性提出优化的观测器设计方案,并将观测器增益矩阵转化为线性矩阵不等式约束下的优化问题,对于故障未知情形提出自适应律修正滑模增益方案,确保观测器输出误差构成的滑模运动到达并始终维持在滑模面。最后,基于滑模等价控制输入方法给出非线性舵回路故障估计律,并开展了仿真算例研究。
The robust sliding mode observer for nonlinear actuator loop of flying wing aircraft is proposed in this paper
which is used to estimate the actuator faults. Firstly
the nonlinear characteristic of electro-hydro actuator loop is analyzed
considering the fault types and reason
the nonlinear fault model of actuator loop is built. Then
the main design procedure of robust sliding mode observer is given
the optimization scheme is provided considering the nonlinearities in the actuator loop
and the observer gain design method is provided through convex optimization procedure under linear matrix inequalities; meanwhile
the case that the upper bound of fault unknown is considered
and the adaptive law is added in the sliding mode gain
thus
the sliding mode motion can reach and maintain on the sliding mode surface in limited time. Finally
the equal error injection concept is provided to estimate the unknown faults of actuator loop
and the numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.
