考虑产品性能退化过程中存在激发性变点与阶段性变点的影响机制,建立了非线性多阶段增速退化竞争失效可靠性评估模型。首先,以三阶段变系数线性回归和齐次泊松过程分别描述了系统自然退化和随机冲击过程。其次,根据激发性变点到达产品退化全周期的阶段差异,利用全概率合成得到产品综合可靠度。最后,以微电动机为例,验证了该模型的有效性,并完成了模型重要参数对可靠度的灵敏性影响分析。灵敏性分析发现降低冲击概率,会增加系统可靠度;致命冲击概率对可靠度影响更敏感,其到达率越高,最大冲击次数越大,退化速率越快;激发性变点会加快阶段性变点的发生。
A reliability evaluation model for nonlinear multi-stage growth rate degradation competition failure was established by considering the mechanism of excitation change point and stage change point in the performance degradation of product. Firstly
the three-stage variable coefficient linear regression and homogeneous Poisson process were used to describe the natural degradation process and random shock process respectively. Secondly
the comprehensive reliability of the product was obtained by using the total probability synthesis according to the difference of the stage when the excitation change point reaches the product degradation periods. Finally
taking the micromotor as an example
the validity of the model was verified
and the sensitivity analysis of the reliability about the important parameters of the model was estimated. The sensitivity analysis reveals that to reduce the impact probability increases the system's reliability. Specifically
the probability of a fatal impact is highly sensitive to the reliability effect. Moreover
it is observed that as the arrival rate increases
the maximum number of shocks also increases
leading to a faster degradation rate. Additionally
the occurrence of stage change points is accelerated by excitation change points.
