基于商用车的ABS(Antilock brake system)架构,提出了一种结构简单、高性价比的商用车线控制动实现方案。根据现有的商用车ABS系统,设计了一种可实现压力精确闭环控制的IAEB(Intellgent electronic brake systems)电磁继动阀,并基于该阀设计出一种线控制动系统。同时将该线控制动方案铺设在实际车辆中进行试验,通过测试试验车辆的减速度控制精度与制动响应时间进行分析线控制动系统的制动性能。实车测试表明该线控制动系统与现有EBS(Electronic brake systems)电子制动系统的线控制动效果相同,但结构更为简单。而且可以直接在现有的系统上进行互换升级,极大地降低整车厂推广线控制动系统的成本,利于在商用车领域快速实现智能驾驶。
Based on ABS(Antilock brake system) architecture of commercial vehicles
a simple structure and cost-effective implementation scheme of line control for commercial vehicles is proposed. According to the existing commercial vehicle ABS system
an IAEB(Intellgent electronic brake systems) electromagnetic relay valve which can realize accurate closed-loop control of pressure is designed
and a wire control system is designed based on this valve. At the same time
the braking performance of the wire control system is analyzed by testing the control precision and braking response time of the test vehicle. The test results show that the wire control system has the same wire control effect as the existing electronic brake systems (EBS)
and the structure is simpler. Moreover
it can be exchanged and upgraded directly on the existing system without major changes
which greatly reduces the cost of promoting the line control system of the vehicle factory
and is conducive to the rapid realization of intelligent driving in the field of commercial vehicles.
