目前,关于DD6合金低周疲劳的研究主要集中在高温范围内,为探究DD6镍基单晶高温合金在中等温度850 ℃下低周疲劳的取向相关性、循环应力响应和断裂机制的取向相关性,该研究利用Instron8801型液压伺服高温疲劳试验机,在850 ℃下开展不同取向DD6镍基单晶光滑圆棒试样的低周疲劳试验,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(OM)分析断口附近显微组织特征。结果表明:考虑应变和应力范围,[011]取向的DD6镍基单晶合金的疲劳性能最优;总体趋势为取向偏差越大疲劳寿命越低;相同取向下,较高应变幅加剧初始循环硬化,缩短应力饱和阶段,降低疲劳寿命;DD6单晶合金低周疲劳裂纹萌生后沿不同晶体取向和滑移系进行扩展,然后沿{111}滑移面扩展直至试件断裂,断面属于准解理型断面;断口附近观察到驻留滑移带,其方向与裂纹扩展方向相关。
At present

the low cycle fatigue tests of smooth round rod specimens of DD6 nickel based single crystal superalloy with different orientations at 850 ℃ is studied via Instron 8801 hydraulic servo high temperature fatigue testing machine
the microstructure characteristics near the fracture via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy (OM) is analyzed. The results indicate that considering the strain and stress range
the fatigue performance of DD6 nickel based single crystal superalloy with [011] orientation is the best; the overall trend is that the larger the orientation deviation
the lower the fatigue life. Under the same orientation
the higher strain amplitudes intensify the initial cyclic hardening
shorten the stress saturation stage
and reduce the fatigue life. After the initiation of low cycle fatigue crack in DD6 single crystal superalloy
the initial crack propagates along different crystal orientations and slip systems
and along the {111} slip plane until the specimen fractures. The cross-section belongs to the quasi cleavage type; a persistent slip band is observed near the fracture
and its direction is related to the direction of crack propagation
