流钻自攻螺接异种材料工艺分析与优化
摘要
复合材料与轻质合金的使用有利于实现汽车的材料轻量化
而采用流钻自攻螺接工艺可以实现较好的连接。为了提高其连接质量
以碳纤维增强热固性复合材料板件和6061-T6铝合金板件连接接头为研究对象
基于正交试验探究流钻自攻螺接工艺参数对接头质量的影响规律
分析得到最佳的工艺参数组合
并构建回归模型为实际的生产提供参考。试验结果表明
不同的工艺参数对连接质量的影响有区别
优化后的参数可以有效提高接头质量的拉剪强度。
Abstract
The use of composites and lightweight alloys is conducive to the realization of automotive lightweighting
and the use of flow drill screw process can achieve a better connection. In order to improve the connection quality
carbon fiber reinforced thermosetting composite plate and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy plate joints as the object of study
based on orthogonal test to explore the flow drill and self-tapping screw joint process parameters on the quality of the joints of the law
analysis to get the optimal processing parameter combinations
and the construction of the regression model for the actual production to provide reference. The test results show that the different processing parameters have different effects on the quality of the joint
and the optimal processing parameters can effectively improve the tensile and shear strength of the joint quality.
