本文阐述了河北省省内高速环网工程建设方案；说明了建设新一代超大容量ＤＷＤＭ传输平台的必要性，价绍了河北省省内高速环网工程的建设规模；叙述了网络保护、网管系统及同步系统等的工程解决方案；并对ＳＤＨ设备及ＤＷＤＭ设备的配置做了较为详细的描述，提出了在工程建设中应考虑的相关问题。
