The mobile soft-switching system is built in IP network. The growing of the devices access to IP network has affected the core device of soft-switching system

and therefore has great influence on the security and quality of the whole mobile communication network. The article will discuss that this problem can be resolved by changing existing network and by separating the soft-switching core device and the O&M and the charging equipment.
