For the design goals of campus coverage

through analysis of the campus scenes features and the communications needs

this paper actively explored innovative solutions by various techniques that TD-SCDMA networks can be applied

and based on each coverage plan characteristics

proposed the appropriate construction strategy.At the same time

for the hot spots scenes of date services

it analyzed the scenario service demands

coverage and capacity planning

proposed the corresponding TD-SCDMA network construction plan.And by the actual test

it verified the feasibility of the network construction program of the typical college campus scenario.Finally it summarized the coverage solutions of the data service hot spots

presented the highlights of the technological innovation and standardized construction programs.
