PON technology becomes mainstream technology of broadband access because of many advantages such as long transmission distance

high bandwidth

large access capacity

good economics and saving resources.It becomes important problem that the planning of integrated services access area of PON and OLT

light splitter and concrete planning of ONU while services accessing. It is analyzed with examples that the planning of integrated services access area base on cover areas of OLT in this paper

and several typical access models of PON has been concretly studied. The capital construction thought of PON is also discussed in the paper.
