温控节能在通信基站中的应用
摘要
通风机、空调的能耗占基站总能耗的40%以上
所以根据室内外的环境温度实时控制通风机和空调开启与关闭
可以有效达到节能减排的作用。在通信基站中
除蓄电池外其它设备对环境温度要求不是特别苛刻
采用蓄电池温控柜将蓄电池组单独隔离出来管理
既可以有效提高蓄电池的使用寿命
又可以设置其它设备工作于较高温度
每年可使温控设备节能达35%~80%。本文介绍了通风机-空调温控节能方案和蓄电池温控柜的应用
并简要介绍了能耗管理系统在温控节能系统中的作用。
Abstract
The energy consumption of the fanner and air-conditioner takes up more than 40% of the base station’s total energy consumption.So to control the on/off of fanner and air-conditioner in real time according to the outdoor and indoor ambient temperature will work well in energy saving and emission reduction.In communication base station
except for battery pack
other equipments do not have a high requirement to ambient temperature.So using a temperature control cabinet to keep the battery pack away from other equipments can effectively improve the life time of battery.Besides
in this ways
other equipments can be set to work at a higher temperature
this can save energy from 35% to 80% every year.This article introduces the fanner-air conditioner energy saving scheme and the application of battery temperature control cabinet
as well as the application of energy consumption management system in temperature control system.
