摘要

本文简述了中国移动的电信级IT服务管理平台这一MIS网管系统远景目标的产生背景

然后诠释了远景目标的3层内涵:即信息化服务活动全生命周期、多角度的信息化运营管理视图、以及遵循SOA架构。文章详细介绍了由远景目标演绎出的MIS网管系统目标架构。为实现此目标架构

还提出了合理的MIS网管系统的演进策略

以指导后续工程建设。

Abstract

This paper briefly describes the background of generating the vision of MIS network management system within China Mobile Communication Corporation （CMCC）. After that

carrier-grade IT service management platform is proposed as the vision. Then three important meanings are deduced from the vision

lifecycle of IT service activities

multiple-views of IT operation management and service oriented architecture. This paper also introduces the target architecture of MIS network management system derived from the vision. Finally

reasonable strategies of evolution to target architecture are given for advising the sequent projects.
